Go see Joe! Truly one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. They were very, very helpful! We were looking for wedding bands--I say were b/c we were sold. Done! He listened to what we were looking for and then gave us his opinion. It was informed, helpful, and realistic. He didn't try to up sell, price point was great (esp. for having a wedding band made) and well explained (huge bonus here). He was honest, straight forward and accommodating--I would recommend them any day.
