Is custom jewelry more expensive?
No, at Genovese Jewelers everything is done right here in our Creve Coeur building, making the process seamless and usually ends up being less expensive than our competitors.
Do you send out any work?
While every job is different, 99% of all work can be done in house. We design, cast and set all here in our two story building. Our jewelers are one of a kind and there is no task too big or too small for them to handle.
How long does it take?
We can manufacture a simple piece in less than 2 weeks. More complex designs (and during busy season) can take up to 4 weeks.
What happens if I do not like it when it is finished?
The customer is involved with the design process in the initial meeting, CAD images, waxes, casting and before the final finishing touches. You are actually able to make changes before the product is even close to finished, limiting any dissatisfaction with the piece. You are never stuck with anything. Our goal is to make sure you love the piece or you do not have to take it.
Can I use my own diamonds and gold?
Absolutely! You can use your own diamonds and gold to keep all sentimentality of your pieces, as well as lower the price.
What metals do you work with?
White gold, yellow gold, platinum and silver.
